Proposals (RFP) to Build 180 MW of Solar PV Farms

On Tuesday, 16 May 2017, the contact persons of the 265 project proposals received the Request for Proposals (RFP) document related to the construction of 12 solar PV farms all over Lebanon. The document is only shared with the 265 contact persons shown in the list.

The RFP is an invitation to bidders to submit proposals to build a total of 12 solar farms in the different districts of Lebanon, each with a capacity ranging between 10 MW and 15 MW.

The deadline for submitting proposals is 17 August 2017. The solar farms will be hopefully built by the private sector using Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) based on permits by the Council of Ministers.
